CTP's continuous improvement strategy expands the traditional concept of quality and supports our ultimate goal of improving customer satisfaction. The measurement of our accomplishments from our customers' viewpoint is paramount to our continued success.

The quality management philosophy of CTP is structured to fulfill customer requirements, but strives to exceed expectations. Our goal is to provide assemblies which conform on hundred percent (100%) to customer specifications, achieve and maintain customer certifications, and continuously expand our capabilities. The utilization of SPC, FMEA, and Process Flow Diagrams, coordinated with the progress toward certification (QS9000) are key attributes in our quality program.
